This Privacy Policy for Magical Pawers LLC (“Magical Pawers” “us,” “our” or “we”) applies to all users of our website located at www.magicalpawers.com (the “Website”) and the features and functionality thereof (the “Service”). Service Providers

We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share information with them so they can perform tasks. 

We use Squarespace for Website hosting. By using the Service, you are subject to Squarespace’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy. We also share information with other service providers, including our email management service provider MailChimp, and scheduling software Calendly, and invoicing software Honeybook. We also use payment processing companies to receive and process your payments, as well as cloud service providers to store Service data.  

Public Information 

Any information you may disclose on public areas of the Service, including in reviews or comments, becomes public information accessible to other users. 

Business Transfers

We may choose to buy or sell assets and may share or transfer user information (including personal information) in connection with the evaluation of and entry into such transactions. Also, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, user information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.

Legal Requirements, Protection of and Others

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we in good faith believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety our employees, our users, or others.

You may request deactivation of your account by clicking on "Deactivate Account" in your "Settings" and following the steps provided.

Rights

To the extent required by law, we provide users with reasonable access to the personal information that we receive, a copy of the information, and the ability to review, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of such information.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit “personal information” (as defined by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information. 8. Do Not Track
